I saw this watch advertised in the airplane magazine and I'm not sure why, but I coudn't stop thinking about it, so I bought it. It's wonderful, it has the time and date and that's all. No frou-frou. It's waterproof so I can wear it swimming. It's been invaluable since arriving here. We don't have to carry our phones around for one. It's called a Breo and it's made from a special mineral called Tourmaline. This naturally occuring mineral is responsible for increasing concentration and improving vitality, sleep, relaxation and mood. It's certainly working so far. Or perhaps I'm feeling all of those things because of my surroundings....
